David Shark Fralick has been in over 60 films to date & was on the Daytime Soap "The YOUNG and the RESTLESS" as the menacing ex-con www.LarryWarton.com for 8 years as well as having guest stared in Stu Segalls latest series "18 WHEELS OF JUSTICE". He can also be seen chasing Nicholas Cage through the film "GONE IN 60 SECONDS" and playing opposite Master P as the Aryan supremacist Graffiti in "LOCKDOWN". In the thriller "CHILL FACTOR" Shark is shown as a mercenary named Flat Top who pursues Cuba Gooding Jr. and Skeet Ulrich. In addition, he co-starred with Jean Claude Van Damme as Matt Hogan, (a role which was a study in contrasts in the film) in "DESERT HEAT" and most recently Shark plays a Deep Woods Inbred Poacher Emmit Johnson across from Lee Majors in the 5 Star Dove rated film "When I Find the Ocean", hitting theatres this May & also in the upcoming film "DOWNSTREAM" as Cyclops in the Mad Max style feature to be released later this year. Shark himself is also a study contrasts. He the quintessential tough guy in action films, yet he is the genuine article. Influenced by his fathers military discipline, rising up the ranks of the Sea Cadets during high school then into the Naval Reserve & finishing his obligation in the A.F.R.O.T.C. in College. Shark has studied various styles of martial arts since the young age of six & has attained three black belts in 3 completely different styles. At age eighteen, he impressed coach Paul "Bear" Bryant with his unlimited physical abilities, determination and grit, which earned him the position of a walk-on wide receiver on Alabama's Crimson Tide from 79'( Nation Champions) to 82'. Sharks "toughness" served him well in roles such as Master of the killing art Southern Cross in "FIST of the NORTH STAR", the vicious vampire Ulmer in "NIGHT HUNTER", and a deadly assassin in "WITHOUT WARNING", He doubled John Jackson fighting Steven Seagal in "GLIMMERMAN", and played many action roles in films such as "INVASION FORCE", "DOWNWARD ANGEL", "BLINDFOLD", "T.N.T.", "FUTURE SHOCK", "SOULTAKER", "DARK RIDER", "BLINK of an EYE", "FINAL PAYBACK", and Was "UNCLE SAM" and has also appeared in epsiodes of V.I.P., SONS of THUNDER, BABYLON 5, and the series The BIG EASY....... On the other side of the paradox, Shark has spent years diligently studying his craft, and committing himself to the art of acting. As a result, his chameleon-like ability has allowed him to portray a wide array of characters with totally different mannerism's, voices & physical appearances. He has disappeared into roles such as Hans, the Dutch drug buyer in Sly Stallones "ASSASSINS", Dwayne, the sensitive and simple-minded escapee in "THE LEGEND of WOLF MOUNTAIN", and Darryl Hannahs love slave in "The LAST DAYS of FRANKIE The FLY" starring Dennis Hopper & Kieffer Sutherland. Sharks avid pursuit of Art & Expression early on led him to the stage, where he played roles such as Don Baker in "Butterflies are Free", Lennie in "Of Mice and Men", Shakespeare's "Hamlet", Tom in "The Glass Menagerie", Teach in "American Buffalo" & many others. Unsurprisingly, comedy is also a part of David's repertoire. He has emceed as well as performed stand-up in comedy clubs on along both the East and West coasts. Sharks diversity carries over into his personal life. In his spare time, David enjoys volunteering for several Children & Pet Charities, playing golf, restoring antique vehicles, singing, playing bass guitar and classical piano and is father to two dogs (Chevy & a rescue named Nitros) and a snake (Razor). He also has a passion for all water sports, surfs, skis and dives, etc, sang in a choir, and plays chess (at which he is a champion!). Through Love and support from his Mother & Father and the belief of the YIN and the YANG, Shark studies TAI CHI from a SHAO LIN monk 4 many years and considers himself a true Spiritual Warrior. He attends Sanctuary & Church religiously & believes in " Being the Example you want to see in Others". With several upcoming projects in the works (now as a Producer & Director), Shark has proven to be a visible player for a long time to come......
